The trays also include creton, the traditional French-Canadian breakfast spread. Fresh fruit trays include both exotic and local offerings. Yogurt and cereals are also available.
Whether you are enjoying a frittata, an omelet or simply over-easy, the eggs come from free-range locally raised chickens. Guests love our bacon, which comes from organically raised heritage Berkshire hogs and is smoked the traditional way for two weeks without any chemical accelerants or additives. The bacon comes from Langview Farms in nearby Williamstown.
Guests can choose between fresh from the oven butter scones, homemade pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup, frittatas or omelets. The seven-grain bread for toast comes from Riley’s Bakery just down the street. Jams and jellies come from local markets. Some are made from fruit grown on the grounds of the Inn.
